Contact information, stay preferences, payment method tokens, and device diagnostics are stored so we can personalize trips and maintain service quality.

Booking + personalization

Data powers confirmations, loyalty tracking, targeted perks, fraud prevention, and service communications you request from us.

How we protect it

Security first

We encrypt data in transit and at rest, enforce role-based access, and audit partners to ensure contractual safeguards.

Access & download

Request a copy of your profile, booking history, and rewards activity by contacting [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

Update or delete

Manage most preferences inside the app. For account deletion, submit a secure ticket in the Help Center and confirm via email.

Marketing choices

Toggle push, email, or SMS updates under Notifications in the app or tap the unsubscribe link in any message.

Third parties & regions

Service partners

Only what’s required

Hospitality partners, payment processors, and messaging vendors receive the minimum data necessary to fulfill your booking. Contracts require equivalent security controls.

International transfers

Global coverage

We host data in regional clouds within Singapore and the EU. Cross-border transfers rely on standard contractual clauses and localized retention schedules.
